1991 Azov History BEGINNINGS The Northern Caucasus Regional Center for Real Aikido and Jiu-Jitsu, the Rostov Regional Federation. The founder and President of World Center for Real Aikido (WCRA) did justice for the Azov city federation for aikido and jiu-jitsu headed by Vladimir I. Protsenko, the master of sport of international degree. During the seminar, Vladimir successfully passed the exam for the master degree (black bend) and got the master degree at real aikido being the first in his city.
